Breaking the Hiatus

A lot has happened in my personal life the past few months and I have severely abandoned blogging. I graduated from college, went on my first international trip to Iceland, acquired a fiancé, and moved from Florida to Kentucky. Phew! After all the excitement and changes, I am slowly getting my bearings and am ready to start sharing some recipes I have been working on!

In order to ease back into things  though, I am breaking my hiatus with a few photos. The following are photos of foods I have been cooking & eating to keep my creativity and health alive in the absence of blogging. Bonus! Food from Gló in Iceland. Raw salads, the best vegan masala I've ever had, and raw vegan sushi (not pictured).
