1 recipe Josh's Favorite Pancake + 1 t turmeric
1 egg, cooked any way you like
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 slice tomato or salsa
This breakfast is seriously good. It is hardy while also being light. This will leave you feeling satisfied, but not too full.

Next up is what I call a Turmeric Bullet. It was cold and gloomy out and I was craving something hot, warm and healing, so I created this.

2 T coconut cream
1 t turmeric
8 oz. hot water
pinch of cinnamon
This recipe is so soothing and healing, making it a great way to get your daily dose of turmeric. Cream together the coconut cream and turmeric at the bottom of your favorite mug. Then slowly add the hot water while stirring to make sure the turmeric cream is combined evenly throughout. Add a pinch of cinnamon to the top for garnish and enjoy!
I'm hearing a lot about turmeric right now, but I'm not sure I fully understand why it's great to try and include in your diet each day. Can you explain some of the health benefits from your perspective?
